I graduated from Greenwood High School in 2012 and Arkansas Tech University in 2016.
I have two Bachelor of Science Degrees from Arkansas Tech in both Mathematics Education and Mathematics.
I have attended multiple professional development courses for computer science which the main focus was training teachers in programming using a Raspberry Pi, the credit card size computer.
This is my 5th year teaching in the Danville School District and my first teaching position since graduating from Arkansas Tech University. I am teaching primarly Math and Coding classes.
Prior to working at Danville I had the experience of teaching at Lamar High School and Dardanelle High School through Arkansas Tech’s teaching program.
Even though I went to school in Greenwood, Danville was always a second home to me. This was due to the amount of time that I spent in Danville visiting family. Danville was the home town of both my parents and also where they graduated high school.
I am married to Amber Frank, who teachs Science at Danville High School. We have been married for just over a year. We have 4 pets.We have 3 Dogs named Jack, Maya, and Franie and a leopard gecko named Yoshi.
My hobbies are fishing and coin collecting. I have always enjoyed fishing and I am very talented at getting my hook caught in any near by tree. I started fishing when I was very young with my grandfather. I started coin collecting around six years ago, but I have collected coins from all over the world. I have multiple coins that celebrate important moments in history and my oldest coin dates back to the Roman Empire.
