This is my sixth year to teach Second Grade. I taught First Grade for three years. I am looking forward to a great year!

I have 2 sons Josh (30) and Ty (28), a beautiful daughter-in-law (Kourtney) and a daughter (Jasa-20). My very first grandson turned 2 in June (Rafe) and his baby sister (Aria) is 1.  My husband and I just celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary.  Greg and I were born in Mississippi and met at Delta State University. After we married, we moved to Little Rock in 1985 and then to Danville in 1995. I graduated from Delta State in 1983 with a Bachelor's in Office Administration. I received my Master's in Elementary Education from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010. 

I love scrapbooking, crafting, reading, traveling, and spending time with my family. My husband and I are currently touring the baseball stadiums. We’ve visited 13 so far. I enjoy teaching 2^nd Graders. It has been a fulfilling experience to be able touch the lives and nurture my students.
