Vision

My vision for every child in my classroom to be healthy, safe, engaged, supported, and challenged. Each student will be able to think independently and critically and take mental/learning risks to continuously learn and grow. Each child will receive a quality education and become literate in the field of science.

Mission

My mission is to be appropriately encouraging, compassionate, educated and trusting. Students will learn through discovery and differentiation to become independent critical thinkers. My classroom will have a culture of respect, engagement, communication, reflection and flexibility that will support intellectual struggle and allow students to become literate in science.
