About Michele Toman

Michele Toman - Computer Lab Teacher

I am a certified teacher in 1-6 elementary, middle school science, and K-12 gifted ededucation.

I plan individualized instruction for all students K- 3 in math and language arts by using the compass learning program.  Students will also learn computer skills and typing through out the year.

Fourth graders this year will get to do computer coding this year.

I was born in Williamsport, PA and grew up in Ohio.  I graduated from Austintown Fitch High in Austintown, Ohio.  I attended University of the Ozarks in Clarksville AR as a science major.  I then transfered to ATU in Russellville where I earned my teaching degree. I also earned my Masters degree at ATU in gifted education.

I have taught at Danville Schools since 1989-1990 school year.

My favorite teacher and coach is Pat Summit of the the University of TN.  The picture above was taken by Cynthia Hodges when we took Savannah to Lady Vols basketball camp in the summer of 2012.
