Coach Wright’s Grading Policy

A student’s grade is made up of homework (40%), Test (40%), and Class Projects (20%)

My homework grading is based on effort and level of completion because I believe that math like other skills requires practice, and I believe that freedom to make mistakes during that practice frees the student to think outside the box in the completion of the assignment. Tests will be graded on accuracy. 

We also follow the grading scale outlined in the student handbook. 

90-100  =  A

  80-89  =  B

  70-79  =  C

  60-69  =  D

    0-59  =  F
